See INSTALL file for installation instruction.

When HeaderBrowser is installed, you could use it to create documentation
from your C/C++ header files. See the HeaderBrowser documentation to learn
what you have to do in your files.

You could find the documentation in the 'doc' directory of the current
archive. There is a full HTML documentation in the 'html' sub-directory,
and a man page in the 'man' sub-directory. If you have done a 'make
install', the man page is normally installed.
